Chez Henri is a Parisian style bistrot located in Sugarbush Village in Warren, Vermont
Opened in 1964 by Henri and Rose Borel Chez Henri is heading into the future under the guidance of Borel’s partner since 1971 Bernard Perillat.
A welcoming ornate bistrot bar welcomes you home as you walk down into the cozy slope side restaurant. Sit by the fire or at the bar and enjoy the Parisian bistrot ambiance while enjoying cheese fondue and a hearty red wine.
